Join certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Jaime Brooke and Innkeeper Julie Webb for an in-depth exploration into the importance of healthy digestion.  We’ve all heard that we are what we eat, but in reality we are what we absorb!  

Jaime will get you fired up with a fascinating presentation on the importance of food digestion.  She’ll cover why it’s key to overall health, ways to naturally optimize digestion, signs of poor digestion, factors that negatively impact digestion (you may be surprised!), and which foods to include in your meals to support healthy digestion.  

Following her presentation, you’ll get hands-on cooking experience with Julie.  You’ll be guided through making chicken from Mary’s Land Farm, seasonal vegetables, and sauerkraut which all come together for a delightful, healthful dinner.  Enjoy first hand the difference farm fresh makes, and walk away armed with the knowledge that will keep your digestion the healthiest it has ever been.
