Are you looking for an enjoyable fall farm birthday party experience? Here at Mary’s Land Farm, we seek to provide you the ultimate outdoor party experience during our fall festival! Under your own private party wooden pavilion, plan for an awesome time on the farm during our fall festival! Fall Festival dates are September 28-November 2

Barnyard Bash Party
Experience the joy of a barnyard bash birthday party this year at Mary’s Land Farm!
Gather with your friends and family in one of our pavilions for a party or get-together while enjoying our fall festival. Each pavilion is conveniently located in the middle of the property, offering easy access to our animal petting areas, pumpkin patch, play park, and wagon rides.
What is included:
- 2 hours of your own private small wooden party pavilion with picnic tables
- First TEN guests (child or adult) included, then $15 additional guests.
- Admission to the Corn Maze with Scavenger Hunt, Super Megaslide, Kid’s Play Areas, Unlimited Wagon & Train Rides, and our Animal Petting Areas.
Party Cost:
- Pavilion Rental Fee paid as your Non-refundable deposit for the space. $150 for 18’x18′ wooden pavilions, $200 for larger wooden pavilion. Remaining guest balance due 1 weeks prior to party. Small pavilions are comfortable for up to 20 guests and large pavilions are comfortable for up to 30 guests.
- 2 hours of Pavilion use | Seating for 15 Guests + 1 Table for Food/Beverage. You are welcome to bring your own drinks, food, dessert/cake, and decorations (no confetti allowed).
- First 10 guests included in rental. After the first 10, it is $15 per person including the Corn Maze, Super MegaSlide, Kid’s Play Areas, Unlimited Wagon and Train Rides, Animal Petting Areas
- Optional: Pumpkins – $11 per pumpkin from our pumpkin patch (Your guests are welcome to purchase pumpkins on their own on-site for $1/lb, if they’d like)
Frequently Asked Questions
You are welcome to participate in any of the attractions we have on the farm during our fall festival! Your guests are welcome to UNLIMITED rides on the Megaslide, the Ride-On Train, and Wagon Rides. You have access to all animal petting areas and can enjoy them at your own pace. We also have our kid’s fun park with climbing structures, slides, our color maze, and games to play! Our corn maze includes an interactive game to play as you go through it. We will also have kid’s shows and/or music!

Food/Drinks: We have no restrictions on what you can bring. We have some area pizza restaurants that you can either pick-up from or have delivered. Deliveries should be directed to the red barn or the inn parking lot, where you can meet the delivery driver. There is a close-by Papa Johns, Anthony’s Pizza, Ledo’s Pizza and Dominos.
Decorations: You are welcome to bring decorations for your party! You can bring balloons and signs, but please no pinatas or confetti in these areas. Please consider that you have 30 minutes to set-up and 30 minutes to clean up. All spaces should be left as they were found.
Our pavilions are under cover so your party can still happen! In the case of torrential downpours or inclement weather, we would be willing to work with you to reschedule, although not guaranteed based on availability.
The pavilions are located in the middle woods down a gravel path. You are welcome to have 1 car on the gravel road during set up/clean up, but must move the car general parking for the party. Farm visitors use the gravel path to move around the farm so you should not block the road. Guests should park in our general event parking and tell the admission staff that they are joining the party. They will receive their wristbands and be directed to the correct pavilion.
Yes! You are welcome to add additional hours to your pavilion rental at the same hourly rate of your first 2 hours. You can add 1 hour when you book your party. W cannot guarantee extensions on your rental time day-of.
You and your guests are welcome to stay on the farm to keep playing and enjoying our fall festival as long as you’d like after you have finished your pavilion rental time.
Party cancellations may be refunded 50% up to 30 days before the scheduled party. Parties canceled within 30 days are non-refundable.
Rescheduled parties within 15 days of the event will require a 10% change fee.
