Flavors of Ottoman-Turkish Cuisine

September 21 @ 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Ottoman cuisine is a unique blend of Turkish, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean gastronomy. It has been influenced by the Ottoman Empire, Byzantine Empire, and many others. The Ottoman Empire is brimming with recipes that will dazzle your guests with its richness in flavor, ostentatious yet not pretentious appearance, and textures that will excite the imagination. Join Chef Alba and let us prepare this cuisine.
Baked Traditional Lamb and Vegetable Kebab (Kilis Tava)
Spiced Bulgur Kofta Over Garlic Yogurt and Spinach (Arap Koftesi)
Baked Cauliflower with feta, dill, onion (Karnabahar Mucveri)
Zesty Revani Semolina Cake
