Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Jaime Brooke and Innkeeper Julie Webb explore the essential role fats play in a balanced diet and walk you through a meal which puts nutritional fats at the forefront.
Jaime will break down the importance of healthy fats and discuss why they are critical to overall health. She’ll go over the important roles they play in our bodies from nutrient absorption to hormone production, and why we need them to thrive. She’ll also cover which fats are better than others and which to avoid all together.
Julie will then give you hands-on experience preparing a dinner which checks all the healthy fats boxes. You’ll be making wild caught Sockeye salmon with sautéed leafy greens and salad. Nourishing and delicious, this is one meal you don’t want to miss!
