There is something very nostalgic and feel-good about pulled pork BBQ, especially with cookouts and summer gatherings right around the corner! We have a brand-new class that will leave you feeling confident with a delicious and simplistic menu guaranteed to impress your guests. No need for a grill! Innkeeper Julie Webb will share tips on how to take this dish to the next level, and guide you through how to turn a pork shoulder into mouth watering pulled pork. 

Julie’s German grandmother taught her the secret to making a scrumptious German potato salad, and she will pass that secret onto you! Lastly, together you will make a delicious coleslaw, because you can’t have a proper pulled pork sandwich without it!

As always, the pork that we will be preparing is from our 100% pasture-raised pigs raised right here on the farm. If you’ve never eaten or cooked with our pasture-raised pork shoulder, this is another reason to register for this class. Grab a seat now before they are all gone!
