St. Patrick’s Bangers and Mash at the Farmhouse Inn
March 17 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Skip the crowded pub and learn how to make authentic Irish fare at home! Join Innkeeper and 2nd generation Irish immigrant Julie Webb as she leads us through some of her Irish mother’s favorite recipes.
Transport yourself to Ireland with bangers and mash starring Mary’s Land Farm pork sausage. Julie will unlock the secret to fluffy mashed potatoes and guide you through making a lip-smacking onion gravy with plenty of tips along the way for getting a hearty, lump-free consistency.
You’ll also make a loaf of her mother’s favorite Irish soda bread to take home with you. Everyone will get hands-on experience creating their own loaf to bake in class and enjoy for days to come. Don’t forget to wear green!
