Try, Taste and Learn How to Braise Flavorful Foods

Quality meats don’t have to be expensive. With the right technique, even tough cuts of meat take on a new world of flavor and texture. Join Mary’s Land Farm cook and innkeeper, Julie Webb, as she details the joys of braising and unlocks a new world of hands-off cooking.   

From selecting the best cuts of meat to seasoning and preparing, Julie will guide you through the entire braising process and leave you with a roadmap to confidently apply those techniques at home with a variety of different cuts of meat. You’ll also learn how to braise vegetables for a tender, tasty, saucy side.  

In this class, we’ll go into the details of braising brisket and vegetables, and delve into the role of quality seasonings using Secolari Salts and Olive Oils. This is one dinner you won’t want to miss!
