Join chef Alba as we prepare: Eggplant with Golden Raisins Capers and Walnuts, Scallopine of Pork loin with Pesto and White Wine, and Grilled Lettuce with Shallot-Lemon Dressing Shaved Pecorino, and a bonus dessert Mousse di Limone.
